70m CAT6 DVI Extender

  • Extends DVI-D video signals up to 70m using low cost CAT5e/6 Cable (not included)
  • Supports resolutions from 800x600 up to 1920x1200 including 1080p
  • The Extender supports the following resolutions/distance combinations:
    - 800x600 up to 70m
    - 1024x768 up to 65m
    - 1280x1024 to 1920x1200 up to 50m

With this Extender you can use up to 70m of high quality inexpensive CAT5e/6 cable to connect a DVI source to a DVI display device. The slim RJ45 connectors and CAT6 cable (not included) allow greater flexibility not possible with larger DVI connectors and cables. Normal operation will not require external power; however the Transmitter unit allows external power to be attached in cases where the graphics card does not provide sufficient power.

The Extender supports the following resolutions/distance combinations:
  • 800x600 = 70m
  • 1024x768 = 65m
  • 1280x1024 up to 1920x1200 = 50m

Additional Requirements:

  • RJ-45 patch cable: 1 x CAT5e/6 UTP Cable
