The Canon BP-955 is a 7.4V, 4900mAh lithium-ion battery pack compatible with select Canon C-series and XF-series cameras. The battery features four LED lamps lights on the battery that indicate remaining battery life. The BP-955 communicates remaining battery life and data back to the camcorder to prevent untimely power loss and for in-camera status monitoring.
