VTEC DCS-2 with delay flash trigger (C-39-DCS2)

Has 5 different synchronization methods (selected with a special button, indicated by light indicators). The light synchronizer is equipped with a “hot shoe” for connecting an on-camera flash and a mount with a 1/4" thread for mounting on a stand or tripod. Coverage distance is 9 meters (for flashes with guide number 6 and illumination less than 100 lux). A PC-Sync connector is installed for Sync with camera/flash. Has an automatic shutdown function. Powered by 4LR44 battery.

Operating modes

1. Instant synchronization. When the camera's built-in flash fires, the flash fires instantly.
2. Synchronization with 50 µs delay. When the camera's built-in flash fires, the slave flash in this mode will not be affected for 50 µs. After 50 µs, the slave flash will be fired by the camera flash.
3. Triggered by 2 flashes. In this case, the flash will fire after receiving the second flash from the camera's built-in flash.
4. Triggered by 3 flashes. In this case, the flash will fire after receiving the third flash from the camera's built-in flash.
5. Triggered by 4 flashes. In this case, the flash will fire after receiving the fourth flash from the camera's built-in flash.

The DCS-2 light synchronizer with a hot shoe mount is connected to the sync contact of the slave flash, and allows you to activate it with a light pulse generated by the master flash (for example, built into the camera or external on-camera) or an IR synchronizer .
