C70 and EOS R5 C without an adapter. The 12 pin connection

CONSISTENT OPERABILITY
The gear position, total length1, front diameter, filter diameter2
and rotation angle have been made consistent through the Prime
Lens series. The focus rotation angle is also the same angle
enabling focus and iris control with the same operating feel as
Prime EF and PL mount lenses.
