It is perfect for the Phottix M200R and Nuada Ring 10 for live streaming, selfies, video recordings, tutorial videos, and vlogging etc… Weighing just a little over 1lb, the F-160 has an extendable height from 18.3in (46.5cm) to a maximum height of 63in (160cm). It’s five column sections and quick release flip-locks make it easy to set up in seconds, and the compact design makes it portable and easy to carry around. Unique to this stand is a flexible head with 1/4” screw that provides 360 degree vertical rotation via an adjustment knob and a horizontal 180 degree rotation angle for a smartphone to get creative different best shooting position.
